"If we all live our own way, we know and learn everything we need and we already have all the resources to move into the our direction. It is when we start listening to others when we get lost and forget why we are alive." Raimo Pregel

"Think of us all, that have energy, as being independent free cells, which, by nature are always moving - but to where or where from? Imagine that we, as free cells, are drawn to and pushed from something. Since we are energetic beings, we feel much more than our brains can fully understand or identify. We, consciously or not, are drawn to energies or.. experiences we want or need to feel, which we don't always have to understand or be able to physically formulate in order for it to actually exist. Now picture life - we might seem like chaotic free cells moving without a cause, forming and destroying groupings, but that might only be for someone who does not believe that chaos might have a system. By nature every cell would be attracted to the experience it requires and moves on to be ready to experience another one, right? Not really, what I failed to mention was that the cells might have something we call /free will/ and with that comes influence, distractions and overall - internal and external differences. If the cell can separate its own internal and external wants and needs, then it is fine, because eventually it will choose to be attracted to the internal needs that it truly requires or.. if not, then it will be attracted to the external wants and/or needs until it realizes it will not be satisfied with the result and realizes that in order to move on, it has to change something." "If you know that you will be in a stressful situation, then relax. There is no point of being stressed before you actually experience the stress you are expecting." Raimo Pregel

"Life is happening for our own experience, we are literally doing everything we need and don't need so we could learn from them and one another. Really intersting thing about is that.. we are actually all the same experiencing ourselves." Raimo Pregel

"While we were growing up, we were strongly taught that we must fit into the system, nobody even told us that we can actually shape it, change it or even destroy it." Raimo Pregel

"When driving and seeing people hitchhiking it is crucial to not pick them up when there is no urgency. Why? Well, people are attracted to each other and moreover to the current development stage they are at - e.g. their current needs or issues. Forcing yourself to be nice would mean that the person who would have connected with him cannot connect now since you, while not really having the connection mentally, did a physical thing just to be nice, which you may not like at all. This does not imply when you feel that the person is either cold, worried or you know that picking them up might actually do them more good than bad. How can you tell? Well, instead of being busy every moment possible, open yourself up and train your sensitivity to react more and understand the difference between energies and different situations and people." "I´ve never cared for forced niceness which I see too much of. On the other side it is good when otherwise mean people, instead of being mean, are at least nice by forcing themselves, but in the long run that might not eliminate the issues." Raimo Pregel

"Everyone needs a role model - who has Suparman, who has God, maybe even a star or someone you know? I have come to realize that my role model is myself without fear which does not mean incautious or careless." Raimo Pregel
